    Service: Where to contact?

    At Alpina we value a continued relationship with you, our customer. You may always contact us if any comments or questions. Your watch is guaranteed for a period of two years. Beyond, we also gladly service your watch for a minimal fee.

    We suggest first to contact an Authorized Retailer near you and discuss with them directly. Please check the following link. Mostly, our Authorized Retailers have close contact with a Alpina Service Center. If you cannot arrange repair with an Authorized Retailer near you, we advise you to contact the Alpina Service Center in your country. You find addresses via this link. Lastly, you may contact Alpina Service in Geneva.

    USA and Caribbean repairs must be sent to Stoll & Co and Canadian repairs must be sent to Time Central (details below).

    USA and Caribbean Repairs

    Stoll & Co., Inc. is the authorized service center for Alpina time pieces in North America. Please send your watch to their service facility:

    Stoll & Co will evaluate and contact you with an estimate to repair. Should the watch fall within the warranty period, supporting documents must be included. Please send a copy of the warranty which should have a date of purchase and store stamp with name and address. You may also contact the Stoll & Co service center with any additional questions 800-786-5526.

    Please include your name, return shipping address, daytime telephone number, and an insured value for our records. Please also state the problem you are experiencing with the time piece. Please do not send original boxes or papers, as we cannot insure their return. We receive all carriers every, and return typically UPS three day select (unless a high value item) back to the customer.

    Canadian Repairs

    Time Central is the authorized service center for Alpina time pieces in Canada. Please send your watch to their service facility:

    All repairs in Canada are to be sent to Time Central's watch service facility. Your timepiece will be evaluated and a member of staff will contact you with an estimate for repair. Should the watch fall within the warranty period, ensure that all supporting documents are included in your package. A copy of the warranty, inclusive of a date of purchase and a store stamp with address and contact information are necessary for any repairs to be completed.

    If you would like to request an estimate on a Non-Warranty repair, please state this on your job bag and a repair agent will contact you with an estimate before proceeding. You may also contact the service center with any additional questions or concerns at 905.475.2050.

    Please include your name, return shipping address, daytime telephone number and all details pertaining to the reason for repair in addition to a Job Number/Reference Number when shipping your timepiece.


    Can I order a Strap or Buckle?

    Please note that we are allowed to sell parts through our Authorized Retailers only. Please note we do not sell directly from the Manufacture in Plan-les-Ouates, Geneve nor directly from our Subsidiaries.

    Who should I contact for Advertising?

    Please contact the Communication Department with your offer: Title, Edition, Format, Position, Rate Card, Discount, When decision needed. The Communication Department will thereafter contact you in a few days, please do not call.

    Is my Alpina genuine?

    We are often asked to check if a Alpina watch is genuine. Today over 2,500 official Alpina retailers attest the genuineness of every Alpina watch and provide expert and dependable after-sales servicing, thanks to their expertise and professional skills, and to specially adapted equipment.

    Alpina Watches disclaims any relationship to, or responsibility for, any timepiece or other item bearing the Alpina name, brand, logotype or symbol offered for sale by anyone not being an official Alpina retailer.

    Purchasing such an item from an unauthorized party is therefore at the buyer's sole risk, particularly in the case of counterfeit or substandard products and in case of products purchased on the Internet. No explicit or implicit warranty or servicing or any other obligation shall ensue for Alpina or for any of its authorized representatives for products sold by unauthorized parties and not accompanied by a duly stamped Alpina international warranty certificate.

    For the above reasons and in your own interest, you are invited to acquire only genuine Alpina timepieces available exclusively from a legitimate Alpina official retailer.

    If your watch has a proper Serial Number, it typically is genuine. Another way to check is to register your watch via Warranty Activation.

    To locate the Serial or Limited Edition Number on your watch, please see the picture attached below.


    Can I visit the Manufacture in Geneve?

    We organize two times per year a possibility to visit the Manufacture. Please inquire dates and ask if we still have availability on scheduled visit dates.


    Does the Watch Vibrate?


    No the watch doesn't vibrate but it will make a sound on top of a visual notification on the digital dial to alert you when you have missed a call, a message etc.


    Heart/Pulse Rate?


    We are looking into the capability to add/connect external HR sensors after receiving feedback from Backers.
